There is no health bar. Murphy’s clothing will become bloodier, his stamina will decrease and he will limp to indicate his health. Not too sure if the controller will begin to vibrate but I dont think so. You will need to use health packs to cure Murphy’s health. Producer Tomm Hulett has stated that a cache of health packs can be gained at random by completing side quests otherwise you will have to use a good eye to find health packs.
