Hello, my name is Mike and I am the creator and editor for Silent Haven. I am 22 and live in the sunny, non-Silent Hill state of California, sadly. If I moved to northern California some parts begin to look somewhat Silent Hill. I want to thank those of you who have started following since I created this Silent Hill fan site. I created this tumbler to keep those who love Silent Hill as much as I do up to date on the latest news as well as provide the freedom of followers to post their Silent Hill art or any other Silent Hill related media. I have also got into the interviewing business with the actors, designers, directors and producers of the game so keep your eyes open for future interviews!

I have been a fan of Silent Hill since Silent Hill 4 came out, I was 15 at the time. However, it was my first play of Silent Hill 2 that I was hooked because of how much it moved me, it was Silent Hill 2 where Akira really shined and Team Silent had produced something grand.

If you want to know what kind of Silent Hill fan I am, I am the kind of fan who accepts anything Silent Hill with an open heart and open mind before making judgments. I like the Silent Hill games that have been produced outside of Team Silent and even though they have their flaws they are still great games and I feel the franchise is headed in the right direction.

I believe any attempt to keep Silent Hill alive is better than no attempt. Even though Team Silent and Akira are gone Silent Hill must go on!

This is why I created the site, to express my love for the series, to inform others on whats new and upcoming in the franchise and to maybe introduce new gamers into the series.
